Threesomes+ are welcome upon request and approval. (possible surcharge applies).
Cancellation Policy:
- If the trip is canceled on or before April 30th 2024, all monies paid are fully refundable (less transaction fees.)
- If cancellation occurs between May 1st- June 15th 2024, a refund will be given less 50% of the deposit amount. (Sinfully Early promo excluded.)
- If cancellation occurs between June 16th – August 15th 2024, a refund will be given less 75% of the monies paid.
- If cancellation occurs on or after August 16th 2024 – no refund will be given. However, the client will be given a credit of 500$ that can be applied to any 5+ night Room77 event. Credit will expire Nov 1, 2025.
Payment Schedule:
- Deposit Amount: “Sinfully Early” reduced deposit is $500 through March 15, 2024. Equal to 2 nights if before June 15, 2024; deposit is 3.5 nights after 6/15.
- Second payment: 50% of remaining balance due by June 15th, 2024 by 5:00p Central. “Sinfully Early” reduced deposits will become current here.
- Final payment: Remaining balance due on August 15, 2024 by 5:00p Central. Discounts will be applied to final payment
- *Room77 reserves the right to cancel room reservations if payment has not been received by the stated dates. In addition, failure to render payment could result in forfeiture of any refund. Should Room77 need to cancel a room reservation for any reason other than lack of payment, a refund may be given.

How many couples attend the takeover? The takeover will end up hosting between 150 to 200 people between the main hotel and overflow hotel. Intimate. Not overwhelming but a great number to make new friends. For reference. Desire Pearl Resort has around 196 people at 100% capacity.
Are threesomes / singles allowed? You may come as a threesome! We must approve (for the safety of the guests) all threesomes before booking is final. Singles may also be considered however you can not book as one. Email us if you are interested in either.
What is the name of the hotel for the takeover? For the privacy of the hotel and our guests and their safety, the name of the hotel is disclosed only to guests upon booking confirmation.
Is food and alcohol included? Yes, this is an all-inclusive event. Room service is also included, as well as late night snacks. We also include a premium vodka, tequila, rum, and whiskey. Event passes are also all inclusive
What is the average age of attendees? We do not collect ages of the guests, however, most guests appear to be our age, 40s to 50 years old. There will be some guests in their 30s.
Is the takeover recommended for newbies or first-timers? Absolutely! We always have newbies or first-timers at our events. We enjoy creating a safe space for all levels of experience. Even couples who aren’t participating in the lifestyle, but love the sexy vibe, come back to our events. It takes all couples at different places on their journey to complete the unique vibe at Room 77.
What time can we arrive on the first day? The hotel officially becomes clothing-optional at 3pm on the first day. You may arrive before that to check in. Your bags will be stored until the rooms are ready. Lunch is included on the first day.
What is the vibe like? The vibe is very friendly and inclusive. Everyone who is going to the party usually starts in a group chat beginning 3 months before the event.
