Payment / Cancellation Policy (Event Party Pass)

• Pay in full, cancel any time up til 48 prior to arrival. Refund will be given less Stripe’s processing fees. Refund will be issued 5-7 business days (we may still be at the party!)

Cancellation Policy (Main Hotel Only)

• If cancellation occurs between April 16th – June 15th, a refund will be given less 50% of the deposit amount.
• If cancellation occurs between June 16th – August 15th, a refund will be given less 75% of the monies paid.
• If cancellation occurs on or after August 16th- no refund will be given. However, the client will be given a credit of 500$ that can be applied to any 5+ night Room77 event. Credit will expire November 1, 2024.

Payment Policy (Main Hotel): 

Deposit Amount

Equal to 2 nights.

Second payment

50% of remaining balance due by June 15th, 2023 by 5:00p Central.

Final payment:
Remaining balance due on August 15, 2023 by 5:00p Central. Discounts will be applied to final payment

*Room77 reserves the right to cancel room reservations if payment has not been received by the stated dates. In addition, failure to render payment could result in forfeiture of any refund. Should Room77 need to cancel a room reservation for any reason other than lack of payment, a refund may be given.
