PRE-SALE FLIRT 2025
- Deposit Amount: $500 FULLY REFUNDABLE THROUGH AUGUST 31ST, 2024 (less transaction fees) Equal to 2 nights if before Oct. 15, deposit is 3.5 nights after 10/15. (*Reduced “Early Flirty” deposits do not count when calculating cancelation policy.)
- Second payment: 50% of remaining balance due by October 15th, 2024 by 5:00p Central. (If you paid a reduced deposit you will become current here.)
- Final payment: Remaining balance due on December 1, 2024 by 5:00p Central. Discounts will be applied to final payment
*Room77 reserves the right to cancel room reservations if payment has not been received by the stated dates. In addition, failure to render payment could result in forfeiture of any refund. Should Room77 need to cancel a room reservation for any reason other than lack of payment, a refund may be given.
Cancellation Policy:
- If cancellation occurs between September 1st – October 15th, a refund will be given less 50% of the 2 Night Deposit amount.
- If cancellation occurs between October 16th – December 1st, a refund will be given less 75% of the monies paid.
- If cancellation occurs on or after December 2nd- no refund will be given. However, the client will be given a credit of 500$ that can be applied to any 5+ night Room77 event. Credit will expire March 1, 2026.
