Cancellation Policy Full Event
- If the trip is canceled on or before April 15th, all monies paid are fully refundable. 2 BR Villa and 1 BR Suite are non-refundable.
- If cancellation occurs between April 16th – June 15th, a refund will be given less 50% of the deposit amount of 2 nights.
- If cancellation occurs between June 16th – August 15th, a refund will be given less 75% of the monies paid.
- If cancellation occurs on or after August 16th- no refund will be given. However, the client will be given a credit of 500$ that can be applied to any 5+ night Room77 event. Credit will expire November 1, 2024.
Payment / Cancellation Policy: Event Party Pass Only
- The party pass must purchased in full. Any refund will be given less transaction fees, up til 48 hours prior to arrival. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Prices are per room for 2 people. Includes food and alcohol. Transportation is not included, but we will give you all the info. Villa may be shared with another couple (surcharge applies).
Threesomes+ are welcome upon request and approval.
