Cancellation Policy: Main Hotel
- If the trip is canceled on or before May 31st, 2026, all monies paid are fully refundable, less transaction fees.
- If cancellation occurs between June 1st- September 1 2026, a refund will be given less 50% of the monies paid (less transaction fees.)
- If cancellation occurs between September 2nd – November 1, 2026, a refund will be given less 75% of the monies paid (less transaction fees.)
- If cancellation occurs on or after November 2, 2026 – no refund will be given. However, the client will be given a credit of 500$ that can be applied to any 5+ night 77 Event. Credit will expire March 1, 2028.

**Room77 reserves the right to cancel room reservations if payment has not been received by the stated dates. In addition, failure to render payment could result in forfeiture of any refund. Should Room77 need to cancel a room reservation for any reason other than lack of payment, a refund may be given.
