Payment Schedule:
Deposit to reserve a room:
On or Before January 15th-(early bird special) Deposit is 500$
After January 15th- Deposit equals amount of one night stay
Example (after January 15th): 7 nights Party Pool Junior Suite deposit would equal 669$
1st payment: (a link will be posted after January 15th so that you may begin 2nd payment prior to due date)
Due by February 28: amount equaling 3 Nights Stay
Example: 7 nights Party Pool Junior Suite payment would equal 2,007$ (669$ per night) less paid deposit.
Final payment:
Due by May 28th- remainder of balance
Example: 7 nights Party Pool Junior Suite payment would equal 4,677$ (669$ per night) less the previously paid deposit and 1st payment amount.
*Room77 reserves the right to cancel room reservations if payment has not been received by the stated date. In addition, failure to render payment could result in forfeiture of any refund.
Cancellation Policy
* If the trip is canceled on or before January 15th, all monies paid are fully refundable.
* If cancellation occurs between January 16th-February 27th, deposit will be forfeited and no credit will be given.
* If cancellation occurs between February 28th -May 28th a penalty equaling a two nights stay will incur. From that penalty, the client may apply 500$ towards a future Room77 event to be used before August 2023. Any remaining balance after penalty will be refunded (example: 7 nights party pool junior suite penalty would equal 1338$ (669$ per night) of which 500$ can be applied towards a future Room77 event to be used before August 2023.)
* If cancellation occurs on or after May 29th- no refund will be given. However, the client may apply 500$ towards a Room77 event to be used before August 2023.
* If sharing an apartment or villa with another couple, we will work with all parties on a fair refund
With the ever-changing situation surrounding travel regulations, we do recommend our guests look into purchasing travel insurance (we recommend Squaremouth) as well as check local and international requirements.
The event will not be cancelled unless there is an unforeseen natural disaster. We are currently at a waitlist only status!
Airport transfers – on demand or at specific times? For example, say we arrive/depart 1:30; is the goal to pool guests that arrive/depart within 1-2 hours of our time?
Airport transfers are included. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport. Take a cab. Tell the driver you are going to (Hotel Name Disclosed after booking) and they will take you there. The resort will arrange your travel back to the airport.All inclusive at the resort; are meals buffet or menu? Is it different per meal?
The all inclusive price includes meals. Whatever the hotel provides (Restaurants, room service etc) are included in the price. This does not include specialty items.Alcohol: is the resort providing brand name/type alcohol or more generic “rail”?
The hotel will be providing all brands of liquor they have. (Again not including specialty items… don’t expect a bottomless glass of Dom)Housekeeping: terms indicate housekeeping every 3 days or on demand;
If you require extra housekeeping or towels simply call the front desk.Deposit/pay in full – deposit is due with booking; when is balance due?
Balance is due 60 days prior to the event.PCR test available at resort: is this included?
To return to the US you are NOT required to have a PCR. Antigen tests are sufficient. Should you need a PCR test, the resort can provide that as well.Private yacht excursion and private island party plus other amenities: are these included in the package price?
Excursions are included in the package price. There may be a nominal charge of around $20 for activities to help to secure sign ups.If planning to arrive a day early, how do we organize the additional night at the resort? We are working with the hotel to receive a discounted rate for early arrival.
If you want to arrive a day early, (saves on airfare) let us know, the hotel will charge you separately for the F&B costs when you arrive.
